Why are prices shown in US dollars?

Our prices are set in Brazilian reais and converted automatically to US dollars at the current exchange rate, so you can easily compare. The final amount is confirmed in your quote.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated based on your order and delivery address, and included in your quote before you pay.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the shipping option and your location. You receive the estimate together with your quote.

How long do I have to request an exchange?

Up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product, according to our Returns & Exchanges policy.
